Earlier shipping terms
Orders placed before the Drumday storefront change remain subject to the shipping terms shown when they were placed. We continue to support tracking, delays, address questions, and delivery problems for those orders. Contact us with your order number. A shipping label alone does not mean a carrier has received a parcel.
If we could not ship an earlier order within its stated preparation period, we would contact the customer with an updated date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Earlier returns and refunds
Orders placed before the Drumday storefront change remain subject to the terms in force when they were placed. We continue to support those orders. Contact us with your order number.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. For a confirmed issue, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or a refund where appropriate. If we require a return for that issue, we cover return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back.
Changes and cancellations
Earlier gifts were produced for each order. Change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including selection of the wrong finish or box, were not accepted under the earlier policy. We could cancel or change an order before production began; after production began, changes might not be possible. If shipment was delayed beyond the stated preparation period, the earlier policy provided an updated date and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. These terms do not affect rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods, or rights required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For a confirmed damaged, faulty, incorrect or unshipped canceled order, the refund includes any applicable original shipping charge. Your bank may take additional time to post it. We will confirm the refund by email; contact us if it has not appeared after 10 business days. Do not return an item to the address on its parcel without our instructions.
